Nexus Syndicate Club (NSC) strictly prohibits unsolicited communications, mass messaging, repetitive promotional content, automated outreach, or any form of spam behavior within the platform. Members must engage in meaningful, consent-based communication at all times.

2. Prohibition of Misleading Claims

Members may not publish or distribute false, exaggerated, or deceptive content. This includes but is not limited to:

• Guaranteed income or profit promises.
• Fabricated testimonials or endorsements.
• Manipulated earnings screenshots or financial claims.
• Misrepresentation of products, services, or business opportunities.

All shared information must be accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Responsible Use of Platform & Branding

Members may not misuse NSC branding, logos, or community reputation to promote unrelated, unauthorized, or external programs without written permission. The platform must not be used as a tool for deceptive recruitment or external spam distribution.

4. Reporting & Monitoring

NSC reserves the right to monitor activity within the platform to maintain compliance with this policy. Members are encouraged to report suspicious behavior, misleading claims, or spam activity to the support team for review.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in:

• Formal warning notifications.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Restriction of platform privileges.

Severe or repeated violations may be reported to appropriate legal authorities if required.
