14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

NSC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
