False income claims, guaranteed return promises, or misleading promotional content are strictly forbidden. NSC reserves the right to review member activity and investigate reported violations. Breaches of this Code of Ethics may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of membership without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may also be reported to appropriate authorities where applicable.
